About the Site
Idiots & Charlatans is a high-impact, no-fluff digital watchdog and action hub — built to cut through political noise and elevate what really matters. We highlight those actively undermining democracy, dignity, and progress (Charlatans), and identify the distractions that waste our attention or serve as cover (Idiots).
We prioritize clarity and urgency over clickbait. The goal: to give concerned citizens — especially those who’ve participated in or witnessed this country’s progress — a way to see clearly, speak plainly, and act purposefully.

- ⚖️ Rule of Law: Laws apply to everyone. Power must be constrained by oversight, ethics, truth, and accountability — no exceptions.
- 🗳️ Democratic Norms: We defend free and fair elections, peaceful transfers of power, and institutions that serve the people — not self-serving politicians.
- 📢 Free Press: A free and independent press is essential to truth, transparency, and a democracy that works.
